Refund policy

At HF DROBE, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality designer pieces for your special events. As each hire is reserved exclusively for you, we unfortunately do not offer refunds for any bookings.

Store Credits

In some circumstances, we may offer a store credit instead of a refund. Store credits are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be issued for situations such as:

  • The dress did not arrive in time due to postal delays beyond your control.
  • The dress arrives damaged or unwearable (must be reported with photo evidence immediately upon delivery).

What is Not Eligible for Store Credit

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or credits if you change your mind after booking.
  • Event Cancellation: If your event is cancelled, postponed, or you no longer require the dress for any reason, a refund or store credit will not be provided.
  • Incorrect Sizing: We provide sizing information and are happy to assist with size recommendations, but we cannot guarantee fit. A credit will not be provided if the dress does not fit.

 

Conditions

 

To be eligible for a store credit, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your hire with relevant details and photos (if applicable). Store credits will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
