1. Booking & Payment

 

  • All bookings are confirmed only once full payment has been made.
  • Payments must be made via the payment options provided at checkout.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected by any price changes.

 

2. Dress Hire & Usage

 

  • By hiring a dress from us, you agree to wear and use it with care and in accordance with its intended purpose.
  • The hire period is specified in your booking confirmation. Late returns may incur additional fees.
  • You are responsible for the item while in your possession, including any loss, theft, or damage beyond reasonable wear and tear.
  • If a dress is returned with significant damage or is not returned at all, repair or replacement costs may be charged to you.

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for cancellations, change of mind, or event cancellations.
  • In some cases, we may offer a store credit at our discretion (e.g. postal delays out of your control). Please refer to our Returns Policy for details.

4. Sizing

  • We provide sizing guides and are happy to assist with recommendations. However, we cannot guarantee the dress will be a perfect fit, and refunds or credits will not be provided for sizing issues.

5. Shipping

  • We use reputable postal and courier services, but we are not liable for delays caused by postal providers once the dress has been dispatched.
  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details at the time of booking.

6. Customer Responsibility

  • You agree not to attempt cleaning the dress yourself. All dresses must be returned as-is; professional cleaning is handled by us.
  • If a dress is stained, damaged, or returned late, you may be liable for additional cleaning, repair, or replacement fees.

7. Liability

  • We are not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or other issues that may arise from wearing any hired garments.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including images, text, and logos, is owned by HF DROBE and must not be used or reproduced without permission.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
