Before booking your appointment, please message us on instagram with the styles you'd like to try on, your size, & desired hire date. This helps us to ensure your selected items are available for your appointment.
We kindly ask that you please arrive on time for your try on appointment, as we operate on a strict schedule & can only accomodate one appointment at a time. If you arrive early, kindly send us a message on instagram & wait in your car until your scheduled time. We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing any large bags to your appointment. Thank you!
Please note: Our try on space is quite small, so it can only accomodate a couple of people at a time. If you'd like to bring someone with you to your appointment, they'll be in the same room with you as we do not have fitting rooms. If you plan on bringing more than one guest, please contact us beforehand to confirm.
How to book: Start by reading through our Terms & Conditions. Then, simply select your preferred size and hire date, and proceed to checkout. For security purposes, we require a photo ID to be uploaded during the booking process. You'll have the option to choose either pickup in Donvale or postage within Australia. Postage is $24 & includes a return satchel.
If you select the pickup option at checkout, please message us on instagram after booking to arrange a suitable pickup time.
